There will be books available to buy at the book launch, but you can also preorder a signed copy here, to pick up at the book launch or to pick up at my practice, Binscombe Medical Centre in Godalming any time from Friday 21st March.
If you preorder a copy to pick up on the day then I will also reserve a place for you (and you can let me know if you are bringing anyone else with you on the same form).
And if you already have a copy and would like it to be signed at the book launch, then bring it along and Martin will be happy to sign it for you!
